Organisations use the Plume service, including the Plume app for Microsoft Teams, under a separate written agreement with us. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement applies.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Plume and to contact us. You must not:

• use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• try to get unauthorised access to it, or to our systems;
• interfere with it, or send it malicious code;
• copy or scrape its content in bulk.

We may change, suspend or withdraw the website at any time.

Our content

We, or our licensors, own the content, name and design of this website. You may view it and share links to it. You need our written permission for any other use.

The website gives general information only. It is not advice, and we do not promise that it is complete or current.

Plume for Microsoft Teams

If your organisation gives you access to the Plume app for Microsoft Teams, your organisation's agreement with us applies to your use of it. Microsoft is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the app or its support. For support, contact your organisation's administrator or write to us.

Links to other services

This website links to services that other companies run, such as Cal.com for booking a demo. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. We are not responsible for them.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not let us limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss that comes from your use of this website, including loss of profit, business or data. If we are found liable anyway, our total liability to you for your use of this website is limited to £100.
